Please make plans to attend the annual meeting scheduled for December 10, 2009 at the Olive Branch Library starting at 6:30 PM.  All members should have receieved an official notice and other material distributed home-to-home.  Click to here to review these materials which are also posted to our website.  Please send an email to board at olivebranch info dot com if you did not.

Our meeting will be held at the Olive Branch Library, Hwy 305, Olive Branch in the conference room of the South entrance to the building.  From the subdivision, turn left on College Blvd, left on Hwy 305 and the location of the meeting is about halfway between Hwy 78 and the corner of 305 and Old Goodman.  Olive Branch Library is on the west side of Hwy 305.

Proposed Amended and Restated Covenants and Restrictions Print

The redlines of changes to the proposed restatement of the covenants has been posted to the community website.  Everyone is encouraged to review this material and provide feedback, if any.  A summary of the changes is included in the document. 
  • Click Covenants & By-Laws on the menu. 
  • Next click "Proposed Covenants for Review and Comment" 
  • Recommend reading the memo first by clicking "2008-12-22 Memorandum #2"; the proposed restatement can be reviewed by clicking "2008-12-22 Redlines Amended & Restatement of Covs, Cond & Restrictions"
